How I became a Christian:  I was born and raised in a Christian home (my father was a Methodist minister) and I accepted Christ as my Savior when I was 11 years old.
 
How I ended up at FUMC Brandon:  We visited when we were "house Hunting" in 1983 and felt welcomed and at home.
 
The most important thing I do around here is:  Assisting the Pastors and helping people whenever possible    
 
Family facts:  Attended college in South Dakota - talk about cold winters!  Married 39 years to my husband, Joe.  We have two married daughters and one grandson.
 
Where I’ve lived besides Brandon:  Providence, Rhode Island; Rockford, Brookfield, Aurora, Walnut, Lockport, Joliet, Paxton and New Lenox, Illinois; and Valrico, Florida
